About this agreement
These draft Terms govern accounts, posts, comments, messages and other use of NehemSpace. The Community Standards form part of this agreement. Contact support@nehemspace.com with questions. This is a pre-launch review draft, not a finalized public-launch contract.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials private, and do not impersonate others. First Orbit is a limited test for people who confirm they are at least 18 years old. This confirmation is a self-attestation, not identity or age verification. Do not share your account or use another person’s account without authorization.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You give NehemSpace permission to store, process and display submitted content as necessary to operate the features and audiences you choose. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload or share it. This permission does not transfer ownership to NehemSpace.
Respectful participation
Follow the Community Standards. Disagreement and criticism of NehemSpace are welcome. Harassment, exploitation, threats, fraud, privacy violations and attempts to bypass security are not. Reports are allegations, not votes.
Moderation and access restrictions
Violations may result in content removal, warnings, feature restrictions, suspension or account termination depending on context, severity and repetition. Severe safety threats may require immediate restrictions. You may request review through support@nehemspace.com; dedicated appeals tools are still being developed.
Availability and changes
Features may change or become unavailable during development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that safeguards detect every harmful interaction. Material policy changes will be identified; renewed agreement may be requested.
Privacy and leaving
Read the Privacy Notice before submitting information. Contact support for account or data requests. Any retained records must have an operational, security or legal purpose.
Your legal rights
Nothing here is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Operator identity, applicable jurisdiction, eligibility, retention schedules and any dispute provisions require confirmation before publication. No arbitration requirement or blanket liability waiver is included in this draft.
