You don't have to agree to belong.

NehemSpace moderates harmful conduct—not ordinary differences of opinion. Context matters, reports are allegations rather than votes, and severe offenses can skip the normal warning ladder.

The short version

Share your interests, challenge ideas, and be yourself. Don't threaten, exploit, or target people for abuse. Journalism and difficult discussions are welcome; a news label is not an exception for graphic killing footage, victim humiliation or collective blame. Reports are allegations, not votes.

Local policy revision 2026-09-15-draft-1. The sections below retain the existing protections. Some enforcement tools remain planned; this page describes expected conduct, not a promise of instant detection or review.

Allowed

Conversation, disagreement, reporting, education, creativity, and community life.

Remove or warn

Stop violating content and explain the rule when education is appropriate.

Restrict or suspend

Limit features or access for serious, repeated, or coordinated violations.

Permanent ban

Remove accounts responsible for predation, extreme abuse, or severe safety threats.

Support before punishment

Someone saying they are suicidal, frightened, or overwhelmed is asking for help—not breaking a rule. NehemSpace should pause the moment, provide appropriate crisis resources such as 988 in the United States, and offer a way to contact someone they trust.

Privacy does not shelter reported abuse

Private messages are not routinely monitored or used for advertising. When someone reports abuse, they can submit the reported message and relevant surrounding context for safety review.

Respect & dignity

Identity-based hate and manipulation

Criticize conduct, institutions, beliefs, governments, and policies—never condemn an entire people for the actions of some.

Allowed

Good-faith reporting, debate, religious or political criticism, historical discussion, education, and personal experiences.

Remove or suspend

We remove collective blame, dehumanization, hateful stereotypes, group-wide conspiracy claims, misleading crime compilations, and identity-based dogpiling.

Permanent ban

Calls for genocide or identity-based violence, violent hate recruitment, organized attacks, or doxxing intended to enable violence.

Harassment and bullying

Challenge ideas without turning a person into entertainment. Targeted appearance-based humiliation, intimidation, stalking, and coordinated abuse are not welcome.

Allowed

Disagreement, criticism of public conduct or NehemSpace, satire, and self-directed humor. Context distinguishes mutual joking from unwanted abuse; mere offense is not proof of a violation.

Remove or suspend

We act on targeted mockery of someone’s face or body, sexual harassment, public humiliation that invites a pile-on, repeated unwanted contact, dogpiling and block evasion. “Just a joke” or “free speech” is not an exemption. A first violation does not automatically mean a permanent ban.

Permanent ban

Credible threats, severe stalking, sexual extortion, doxxing with threats, or harassment organized to cause real-world harm.

Dignity after death

A person does not lose their dignity because they died. Real death is not entertainment or a harassment tool.

Allowed

Respectful memorials and non-graphic historical, educational, documentary, medical, or public-interest discussion.

Remove or suspend

We remove corpse footage posted for shock, mockery of victims, murder reenactments made to celebrate a death, and graphic aftermath.

Permanent ban

Desecration, intimidation with death imagery, targeting a victim’s family, or encouraging copycat violence.

Safety & protection

Child safety and sexual exploitation

A child’s presence on NehemSpace is never permission to sexualize, pursue, manipulate, or exploit them.

Allowed

Normal family and teen content, age-appropriate education, child-safety information, health discussion, and abuse prevention.

Remove or suspend

We remove sexualized comments, inappropriate contact, body-focused remarks, attempts to obtain revealing images, and sexualized depictions involving minors.

Permanent ban

CSAM, grooming, solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, sexual deepfakes of minors, arranging sexual meetings, or a clearly sexual message from an adult to a known minor.

Sexualized content and adult promotion

NehemSpace is not a pornography or sexual-display platform. The same rule applies to everyone.

Allowed

Ordinary fashion, fitness, swimwear in normal settings, breastfeeding, health education, costumes, drag, and nonsexual art.

Remove or suspend

We remove pornography, simulated sex, fetish material, sexualized body-focused posts, adult solicitations, and accounts centered on “thirst trap” content.

Permanent ban

Accounts created to promote or funnel people to pornography, adult services, trafficking, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate material.

Threats and violence

NehemSpace distinguishes angry speech from actual danger. Credible, specific, or operational threats receive immediate attention.

Allowed

Discussion of crime, war, self-defense, military history, weapons policy, fictional violence, and obvious jokes without real intent.

Remove or suspend

We act on intimidating messages, encouragement of assault, celebrating real deaths, repeated threats, and attempts to send followers after a target.

Permanent ban

Credible threats to kill or seriously injure, attack planning, soliciting violence, extremist recruitment, target-location sharing, or threats against schools, workplaces, worship sites, events, or communities.

Weapons, drugs, and intimidation

Lawful firearms may be shown responsibly. Weapons used to threaten viewers and illegal drugs promoted as status are prohibited.

Allowed

Hunting, collecting, range safety, lawful ownership, self-defense discussion, addiction recovery, health information, and drug-policy debate.

Remove or suspend

We remove guns pointed at the audience to intimidate, threatening captions paired with weapons, drug sales, and glamorized illegal drug use.

Permanent ban

Credible armed threats, planning attacks, coercive weapon displays, or drug activity tied to trafficking, exploitation, or organized violence.

Self-harm and suicide

A cry for help is not a violation. Encouraging, instructing, glorifying, or exploiting self-harm is.

Allowed

Asking for help, recovery stories, prevention education, supportive conversation, treatment information, and non-instructional reporting.

Remove or suspend

We remove graphic imagery, romanticization, self-harm challenges, detailed encouragement, and content that targets vulnerable people.

Permanent ban

Suicide pacts, coaching an attempt, coercion, operational instructions intended to cause death, blackmail toward self-harm, or livestreaming an attempt as spectacle.

Dangerous challenges and reckless behavior

A viral trend is not worth someone’s life.

Allowed

Ordinary sports, professional stunts, fitness challenges, recovery stories, and safety-focused education.

Remove or suspend

We remove reckless-driving, blackout, dangerous-ingestion, weapon, fire, explosive, or climbing challenges that invite imitation.

Permanent ban

Challenges intended to cause serious injury or death, coercion, organizing dangerous acts involving children, or suicide-adjacent dares.

Graphic content and animal cruelty

NehemSpace does not treat real suffering, killing, death, or deliberate cruelty as entertainment.

Allowed

Non-graphic reporting plus legitimate hunting, fishing, farming, food processing, medical, educational, rescue, and historical contexts.

Remove or suspend

We remove real killing footage—including war, police, security, and phone footage—graphic gore, corpse shock posts, animal torture, and staged cruelty.

Permanent ban

Committing or arranging animal torture, staged rescue abuse, execution propaganda, corpse desecration, deliberately terrorizing victims’ families, or encouraging copycat cruelty.

Trust & privacy

Scams, fraud, and deceptive business

Users may not deceive or exploit people for money, property, credentials, access, or personal information.

Allowed

Legitimate businesses, genuine sales, transparent fundraisers, clear giveaways, and financial opinions clearly presented as opinions.

Remove or suspend

We remove deceptive listings, false urgency, fake testimonials, misleading fundraising, pyramid recruiting, hidden income claims, and suspicious mass payment requests.

Permanent ban

Phishing, malware, romance or investment scams, fake charities, identity theft, blackmail, credential theft, fraudulent storefronts, or organized scam networks.

Privacy, doxxing, and location

Public information can still become abusive when it is collected and weaponized.

Allowed

Sharing your own information and legitimately public business, government, legal, or professional information in a relevant context.

Remove or suspend

We remove exposed homes, schools, schedules, medical or financial information, family details, live locations, and private contact information shared without permission.

Permanent ban

Doxxing for stalking, assault, swatting, robbery, predatory targeting of a child, extortion, blackmail, or trading stolen credentials.

License plates

Ordinary posts should blur visible license plates. A plate may remain visible when an officially missing person or vehicle is being located.

Allowed

A verified missing-person or missing-vehicle alert where the plate is genuinely needed for identification.

Remove or suspend

We remove plate information used to identify, locate, intimidate, expose, investigate, or target someone.

Permanent ban

Using plate data as part of stalking, doxxing, swatting, threats, or other real-world targeting.

Impersonation and fake identity

Pseudonyms, fan accounts, parody, and roleplay are welcome; deceptive impersonation is not.

Allowed

Nicknames, creator identities, clearly labeled parody, fictional characters, anonymous participation, and authorized business profiles.

Remove or suspend

We remove profiles that misleadingly copy a person, business, public office, moderator, emergency service, or support representative.

Permanent ban

Impersonation used for fraud, grooming, extortion, credential theft, stalking, threats, romance scams, or organized manipulation.

Spam and coordinated manipulation

Real popularity is allowed. Artificial popularity is not.

Allowed

Frequent authentic posting, legitimate promotion, genuine organizing, petitions, fundraisers, events, and transparent scheduling tools.

Remove or suspend

We remove repetitive spam, mass tagging, unsolicited promotional messages, fake giveaways, purchased engagement, bots, brigading, and coordinated ranking manipulation.

Permanent ban

Large bot farms, coordinated fake-identity operations, election or public-safety manipulation, scam networks, extremist recruitment networks, or account fleets used for abuse.

Ban evasion and repeat offenders

Enforcement follows the responsible person or organization—not everyone sharing their household, school, workplace, device, or network.

Allowed

Legitimate multiple accounts, family members using one connection, business administrators, and appeals through the proper process.

Remove or suspend

We restrict alternate accounts used to bypass blocks, continue removed conduct, re-enter communities, help suspended users, or resume harassment and spam.

Permanent ban

Returning after a permanent platform ban, selling accounts to banned users, organized evasion networks, or evasion tied to child exploitation, threats, scams, stalking, or doxxing.

Communities & accountability

Reports and platform tools

Reports are allegations—not votes. Protective tools may not be weaponized against people because of disagreement or dislike.

Allowed

Good-faith reports, appeals, honest reviews, criticism, urgent safety reports, and legitimate moderator enforcement.

Remove or suspend

We act on false reports, review bombing, report brigades, vote manipulation, false emergencies, and harassment through support systems.

Permanent ban

Swatting, fabricated child-abuse or terrorism allegations intended to cause harm, coordinated false emergency reports, or organized enforcement manipulation at scale.

Community moderator conduct

A moderator’s authority ends at the community boundary. Community leadership is a responsibility—not a status symbol.

Allowed

Local rules, post approval, mutes, community bans, locked threads, managed roles, and escalation of platform-wide violations.

Remove or suspend

We remove moderator privileges for retaliation, personal grudges, discriminatory enforcement, hidden complaints, report manipulation, or abuse of bans and private information.

Permanent ban

Using moderator power for grooming, doxxing, stalking, blackmail, trafficking, scams, extremist recruitment, sexual favors, or real-world harm.

Community-level enforcement

Communities may be stricter than NehemSpace, but they may not become safe havens for platform-wide violations.

Allowed

Public, private, and hidden groups with their own culture, membership, posting, language, advertising, topic, and age rules.

Remove or suspend

We may limit discovery, search, invitations, new membership, or posting when leaders repeatedly permit hate, harassment, scams, sexual promotion, manipulation, or dangerous conduct.

Permanent ban

We remove communities built for child exploitation, trafficking, violent organizing, doxxing, organized fraud, pornography, torture, animal cruelty, or ban evasion.

Fair enforcement includes an appeal.

People can ask for a second review, including after a permanent ban. Mistakes should be corrected.

Community moderation appeals remain separate from platform enforcement. Reports against moderators go directly to NehemSpace rather than through the moderator being reported.

A bad member does not automatically make a bad community. We examine purpose, leadership, patterns, and how moderators respond.
