Information the product uses
Account information includes a username, display name, email address and a one-way password hash. The product stores submitted profile details, media, posts, comments, reactions, interests, connections, messages, preferences and reports. Authentication and security features also use session and security records.
Why it is used
Information is used to provide account access, display content to its permitted audience, operate social features, respond to requests, and investigate abuse and security incidents. Agreement records identify the documents accepted and the server-recorded acceptance time.
Who can see it
Profile and content visibility depends on the audience and privacy settings for each feature. Recipients can copy material they receive. Hosting and email infrastructure process information to operate the service. Staff access must be limited to legitimate support, security and operational needs. Private messages are not end-to-end encrypted.
Cookies and email
Session cookies support sign-in. Browser storage may retain interface preferences and drafts. Enabled security-email features send verification, recovery and security messages. Optional marketing permission is not part of this agreement.
Retention and requests
Data is currently retained in the application database and backups. A complete category-specific retention and deletion schedule must be approved before this notice is published. Contact support@nehemspace.com for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions; self-service export and deletion are not yet complete.
Young people
First Orbit is limited to people who confirm they are at least 18 years old. That checkbox is a self-attestation and does not replace identity or age verification, parental consent, or any process required by law. Broader age eligibility and safeguards must be finalized before wider public registration.
